Service & Support

Russet means Expert Support and Service when and where you need it. Russet has a long established conveyor installation and service division. Our locations have been strategically sited to enable our company to service our customers’ requirements for a 24Hour per day 7 day a week conveyor breakdown service within a 200km radius from our locations.

Our service division is in house and is controlled and supported totally by Russet:

• This allows you total assurance that what we supply will be installed to the manufacturers specifications.
• This allows resources to maintain and constantly improve and upgrade our equipment.
• This allows us as a service company to keep up to date with current Health and Safety Legislation requirements and unit standard requirements.
• This allows us standardisation with conveyor belt joining procedures.
• This allows us to have a structured conveyor service division who are fully trained and equipped by the company.

Russet has the experience and the knowledge to assist with problem solving and design considerations. We offer long term savings with their conveyor systems through application specific products. Russet continually upskills our staff, investing considerable time and effort in training to ensure that our customers deal with only appropriately qualified and experienced personnel.
